What to do for Paralysis? Paralysis occurs due to clot in brain or sometimes due to High Bp. When right side of brain get paralytic attack, left side of body fail to work and when left side of brain get paralytic attack, right side of body fail to work. When both sides of brain get paralytic attack, both sides of body fail to work. The paralytic attack removes sensation.
Anulom Vilom is best for Paralysis. Massage your body with warm Mustard Oil, Cow Ghee. If you are suffering from one side paralytic attack, do Anulom Vilom Pranayam with hand of other side. Do Anulom Vilom Pranayam continously for 30 minutes or more or even upto 2 hours, you may even get cure within 1-2 hours. If Paralysis is severe then it may take 15-30 days to get cured.
